Do I need GitHub or Jira connected before I can start?

No. The pulse check-in works standalone from day one. No integrations required. You'll have health signal within your first week. Delivery integrations (GitHub, Jira, Linear, ADO) layer on when you're ready, one at a time.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Arc is free for 30 days: no credit card required. It covers up to 1 engineer so you can see the pulse check-in and dashboard in action. At the end of 30 days, upgrade to Spark, Flow, or Surge to bring on your whole team, or walk away.

What counts as an engineer?

Anyone who receives a weekly check-in link. If someone is on multiple teams, they count once. You control who gets invited: contractors, embedded PMs, or anyone else who should be part of the pulse.

What happens when I want to move from Flow to Surge?

Upgrade from your account settings at any time. You're billed the difference pro-rated for the rest of the month. No need to re-enter payment details or restart.

What if my team grows past 50 engineers?

Reach out directly. We'll work something out. We're not going to let engineer headcount be the reason CrewPulse stops working for you.

Do engineers need to create accounts or download anything?

No. Check-ins arrive by email. Slack delivery is available on Flow and Surge. One click, five sliders, done in under 90 seconds. No login, no app, no password. Low friction is intentional: it's why response rates stay high.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No annual contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your account settings and your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
