Do I need GitHub or Jira connected before I can start?

No. The pulse check-in works standalone from day one — no integrations required. You'll have health signal within your first week. Delivery integrations (GitHub, Jira, Linear, ADO) layer on when you're ready, one at a time.

How does the 14-day trial work?

You get the full product — no feature limits, no credit card required. At the end of 14 days you can subscribe or walk away. If you need more time to get your team set up, just ask.

What counts as an engineer?

Anyone who receives a weekly check-in link. If someone is on multiple teams, they count once. You control who gets invited — contractors, embedded PMs, or anyone else who should be part of the pulse.

What happens when I want to move from Starter to Growth?

Upgrade from your account settings at any time. You're billed the difference pro-rated for the rest of the month — no need to re-enter payment details or restart.

What if my team grows past 50 engineers?

Do engineers need to create accounts or download anything?
